In 2023, what began as a small moment of adopting a homeless cream-colored mixed-breed dog unexpectedly changed my life and inspired the creation of Pawtel Cafe.
Pawtel is a pet café, pet bakery, and pet-friendly accommodation in the heart of Bangkok, built from a genuine love for animals.
We never wanted to be just another pet-friendly place. Instead, we wanted to create a space where both people and pets can experience warmth, comfort, and the feeling of coming home—even in the middle of a city that never slows down.
More than just a café and more than just a hostel, Pawtel is a place where pets and people can eat, stay, relax, and create unforgettable memories together. Built from a genuine love for animals, every corner of Pawtel is designed to make both you and your furry companions feel welcomed, comfortable, and right at home.
The story of Pawtel started with the very first dog in my life.
In 2023, I adopted a homeless mixed-breed dog with cream-colored fur. That little dog changed my life in ways I never expected.
From that day forward, I learned that pets are so much more than animals.
The love I had for that little dog eventually led me to Sukhumvit 23 and became the inspiration behind Pawtel.

As the years passed, the family kept growing. By 2026, there were seven pairs of little paws sharing my bed.
Some came from backgrounds I’ll never fully know. Some had nowhere to come from. Some had nowhere to go. Some had never even been given a name.
And perhaps some had never truly been wanted by anyone.
But today, every life at Pawtel has a home.
